Happiness is at the water’s edge.

8:15 a.m. Shawn kisses his partner before leaving for work, while little Alexis decides to slip in between the sheets. Julie decides to take a day off from the daycare, for a beautiful day is expected. No, she’s not ditching her job! She cannot resist the urge to take a few pictures of the spectacular Lachine Canal—a view that their new townhouse will offer.
Julie wants to surprise Alexis. 10:00 a.m. They both take the metro and head to the Verdun beach. At the mere sight of sand, Alexis can no longer stand still. He hurriedly heads to the edge of the water to build a sandcastle.
5:15 p.m. Shawn is home. He pours himself a drink and observes his son playing outdoors. That evening, the family will eat supper on their private terrace. 7:30 p.m. Shawn puts Alexis to bed, sits next to Julie and enjoys the calm outdoors before the sun sets. As they head indoors, they say that they could have not made a better choice for their family.


Inspiration comes from the environment.

6:15 a.m. Two cats beg their owner to open the door to the balcony. Lucie smiles. She opens the door and heads out with them. She is an early riser; she enjoys the silence and tranquility surrounding Edwin as Pointe-Saint-Charles slowly awakes from its slumber.
Lucie is a real enthusiast with a busy schedule. She sometimes heads over to CaféClark to work, but today, she prefers the luxury and comfort of her new condo.7:30 a.m. She sits down at the island and plunges headfirst into her projects. She works in the field of design and often draws her inspiration from the contemporary décor of her high-end kitchen.
4:00 p.m. At the end of a productive day, Lucie walks to the Atwater Market. She heads to the Market several times a week to catch up with her best-liked merchants who help her explore new fresh and local products. On reaching home, she realizes how lucky she is to live at Edwin. 10:00 p.m. Lucie is exhausted. She hits the sack, anxiously awaiting to see what tomorrow holds in store.


Perfect balance between studies and leisure.

Sarah woke to rain tapping on the window. 8:15 a.m. Perfect. On Wednesdays, she has only one evening class. But a busy study program awaits before her class. She looks outside the window, never ceasing to be charmed by her new neighbourhood. Although she is far from her family, she truly feels at home.
9:30 a.m. She quickly settles down next to the fireplace in the urban cottage—a source of inspiration and tranquility. Even when the weather is gloomy, the cottage is bathed in light. Hours go by. Unruffled, Sarah is absorbed in her studies. 2:00 p.m. She looks upwards and smiles. The rain has stopped, giving her ample time to jog.
She jogs along the Lachine Canal that provides her with a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing setting. She heads back to her studio and takes a shower before heading off to university, located a few metro stations away. She is overwhelmed with joy. It’s such a joy to live in a friendly environment that suits her lifestyle perfectly!


Let the celebrations begin!

Hugo eats lunch at home. He discovers how lucky he is to walk between Edwin and his workplace. 12:45 p.m. On the way back to the office, he pauses for a few moments on the Atwater footbridge to take in the spectacular view overlooking the Lachine Canal. It’s become his new daily habit.
5:30 p.m. Hugo opens his penthouse door. Marc-André is already there, seated in their large living room bathed in natural light shining through the large windows. A glass of Sauvignon awaits Hugo on the coffee table. It’s his birthday today; he has turned 40. This is a reason to celebrate! Hugo and Marc-André head over to Joe Beef for a gourmet meal before ending the evening with friends in Vin Papillon’s casual atmosphere. Later that night, the couple returns home in a light step and with festive hearts, smiling. The same thought crosses their mind: After years of searching, they have finally found the comfort and luxury they had been looking for—in an effervescent neighbourhood.


Good times are meant to be shared with friends.

After his 4:00 p.m. meeting, Claudio drops by the Atwater Market to pickup the fresh ingredients that he needs. Fortunately for Claudio, amenities are nearby, considering he is behind schedule. He and Alexia are expecting a couple of friends for supper at their new loft.
The doorbell rings. 6:00 p.m. sharp. Edwin produces the expected effect. The guests are impressed. They are greeted by a décor taken straight out of a magazine: an inviting and luminous dining room next to a luxurious kitchen.
7:30p.m. The four friends finish their glasses of wine in the inner courtyard before heading to the Corona Theatre. Alexia purchased tickets to attend the show performed by the evening’s popular band. 11:00 p.m. Because the night is still young, they all head to Pub Burgundy Lion. Claudio and Alexia are pub regulars. They raise their glasses to Edwin, where happiness has reigned since they arrived


Every moment of life is worth savouring.

Camille walks on her tiptoes to avoid waking Philippe and Florence. Her Saturday morning treat is a good yoga session on the common terrace bathed in absolute calm. 7:30 a.m.The Atwater neighbourhood slowly awakes. Camille is in perfect symbiosis with her environment.
When Camille returns to the condo, she closes her eyes and soaks up the well-being she feels in her living space. 9:00 a.m. Philippe appears behind her and hands her a warm latté. Florence has already left for work. Philippe and Camille get on their bikes and head off to the Old Port—a ten-minute commute from their abode. 11:30 a.m. They sit on a patio and order tapas, unhurriedly savouring each moment. The couple slowly returns home via the RouteVerte to take in the wonderful views. They will eat supper on the rooftop terrace and contemplate the urban nature around them. Relaxed, Camille takes pleasure in discovering how sweet life is with each passing day at Edwin.


There’s no place like home.

10:00 a.m. Félix trips over Romélie’s suitcase. Life is a tad slow after their vacation and much jet lag. However, the joy of having regained the comfort of their new condo has quickly made them forget about their lack of sleep. They have settled in for a few months and plan to enjoy summer in the heart of the effervescent Atwater neighbourhood.
1:00 p.m. After a long walk along the Lachine Canal, a stop at the Havre-aux-Glacesfor a delicious sorbet is a must. Hypnotized by the back and forth of cyclists and joggers, Romélie and Félix take a moment to absorb everything that is going on in their neighbourhood.
Since they have retired, they discovered a passion for gourmet cuisine. The variety of restaurants, bars and cafés within walking distance from Edwin immediately got them excited. 6:30 p.m. Félix and Romélie decide to eat Asian cuisine at Sésame. Romélie and Félix are globetrotters; they discover that Montreal has no reason to envy of other major cities. They both agree that there’s no place like home!
